1996
Cobsen Ltda. was established in 1996 under license of Hennig GmbH, with the main purpose of fulfilling the needs of machine tool manufacturers and helping to provide an worldwide service. In this way, interests of Hennig GmbH Germany and Cobsen Brazil got unified.

2000
In 2000 Cobsen Ltda. was certified according to the ISO 9001 Certification (Quality).

2004
In 2004 Cobsen Ltda. was certified according to the ISO 14001 Certification (Environment).

2006
In 2006 Cobsen´s building was expanded. We also created a mobile entitiy for service as a way to approach service net and customers.

2007
In 2007 Cobsen has, for the first time with its own stand, participated at the FEIMAFE Fair, in São Paulo. In this same year, the chip conveyor production started, and a filial specialized in reparings, Cobsen Service, was created in São Paulo, whose main purpose is fulfilling our customers´ needs faster.

2008
In October 2008 Cobsen increases its area, moving to a new building located on a 5,000 m² site (the building area is 2,200 m²).

2009
In 2009 Cobsen´s folded bellow production started. In this same year, Cobsen has again participated at the FEIMAFE Fair with its own stand.
